Definitions

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): European Union regulation aimed at harmonizing European legislation on the protection of personal data. It has applied since 25 May 2018, and any reference to it should be interpreted to include national implementing legislation.

Data Subject: the identified or identifiable natural person to whom the Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data refer.

Processing: any operation or series of operations carried out with or without the use of automated means on personal data or sets of personal data, such as collection, registration, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, retrieval, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, association or combination, restriction, deletion or destruction.
